    Match Preview

Robins sweating on Noble Cheltenham boss Mark Yates will continue to monitor on-loan Rotherham midfielder David Noble ahead of his side's clash with Northampton. Noble is on the comeback trail following a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring injury but he is rated as doubtful for this game. Midfielder Lee Lucas is in contention to make his debut following his arrival from Swansea on a short-term loan deal. Otherwise Yates has no fresh injury or suspension concerns and has options available to him should he want to freshen things up. Recently-appointed Northampton boss Chris Wilder will again look to take charge of his first match. Wilder was due to make his bow in the Cobblers dugout in midweek but the visit of Rochdale was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Sixfields. Winger Chris Hackett hopes to shrug off a hamstring injury in time to feature at Whaddon Road and will be assessed as late as possible. New signings Alan Connell, Ricky Ravenhill and Leon McSweeney will all be hoping for involvement having arrived on Thursday.
