Match Preview
Gallinagh available for Robins Cheltenham will be able to call upon Andy Gallinagh for their home clash against Macclesfield after his red card last weekend was rescinded. The defender was dismissed during Town`s 2-0 defeat at Burton but, following an appeal earlier this week, the Football Association regulatory commission overturned the decision and the one-match ban which went with it. Manager Mark Yates also welcomes back Josh Low into the fold, with the winger having returned to training on Tuesday after missing the last three matches with a leg injury. However, striker Jeff Goulding and right-back Keith Lowe continue to miss out with ankle ligament damage. The Robins welcome the Silkmen to Whaddon Road having won just two of their last 17 matches and needing one more win to likely stave off the minimal threat of relegation. Macclesfield boss Gary Simpson has a virtually full-strength squad available. Silkmen skipper Paul Morgan is out for the season with a broken arm but the rest of Simpson's men are fit for action. The Moss Rose boss is likely to use his full squad over the weekend as Saturday's match at Whaddon Road is followed swiftly by a home match with Southend on Easter Monday. Club physio Nick Reid said: "Currently we only have Paul Morgan out of action with his broken arm. Other than that the gaffer has a clean bill of health for the squad. "We have two matches in three days, but we have an almost full and better-rested squad, so there's the possibility to shuffle the pack."

Match Report
Silkmen one step closer to survival A towering first-half header from Macclesfield striker Tyrone Barnett was enough to help the visitors take a big step towards survival with a 1-0 win at toothless Cheltenham. The visitors had survived an early scare when Dan Gray appeared to clothes-line Cheltenham striker Wesley Thomas as the hosts looked to break, but the referee failed to award even a free-kick. Cheltenham offered little in response and it was a comfortable second-half for the visitors who could have added a second on two occasions. Two minutes into the second period, Macclesfield's Nat Brown saw a header headed off the line by Brian Smikle, and Barnett almost capped an impressive performance with a diving header five minutes from time which forced an acrobatic one-handed save from Cheltenham keeper Scott Brown. The closest Cheltenham came to scoring was when substitute JJ Melligan's deep cross in the 90th minute almost caught out visiting keeper Jose Veiga, who palmed the ball around the top-left corner. Veiga had stood up to block well from Josh Low just before the interval but otherwise had a comfortable afternoon.
