Same again for Cumbrians Carlisle manager Greg Abbott will select his side for the home clash with Bury from an unchanged squad. Central defender Danny Livesey returned to the starting line-up in the midweek win over Rochdale and is expected to retain his place alongside Peter Murphy, with Lubo Michalik on the substitutes' bench. Abbott will once again be without Matty Robson, who is scheduled for a return visit to see a specialist about his back problem which has kept him sidelined since late January. Midfielder Chris Chantler has caught the eye in recent matches while filling in for Robson at left-back and looks set to continue following Ben Parker's return to parent club Leeds. Another midfielder, Liam Noble, is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up after replacing Paddy Madden at half-time on Tuesday night. The Cumbrians, a point behind sixth-placed Notts County, are bidding to climb back into a play-off spot. Bury have signed Nathan Clarke on loan until the end of the season from League One rivals Huddersfield. Manager Richie Barker must contend with a host of injury problems. Captain Steven Schumacher and forward Lenell John-Lewis have both picked up hamstring problems and are ruled out. Schumacher will be absent from the Shakers' midfield for three to four weeks, while John-Lewis could face up to six weeks on the sidelines. Phil Picken is expected to shake off a knock to his knee and resume duties in defence, but Barker has further concerns in the middle of the park. Giles Coke was ineligible for Tuesday night's 4-1 defeat at parent club Sheffield Wednesday and the former Motherwell man continues to struggle with a back complaint, while Mark Carrington is awaiting the results of a calf scan and is unlikely to feature.
