Bishop worry for Shakers Bury are sweating over the fitness of star striker Andy Bishop for the encounter with Stevenage. Bishop was withdrawn after just 32 minutes of Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Notts County due to a calf injury and, subsequently, is unlikely to play. The Shakers are also preparing to bid farewell to Trevor Carson and Giles Coke, on loan from Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday respectively, as they play the final game of their loan spells. David Worrall (hip) is still another week away from a return and, therefore, will be sidelined alongside fellow midfielder Craig Easton (ankle). Forward David Amoo, on loan from Liverpool, remains out with an ankle problem while Mark Cullen continues to receive treatment on a hamstring injury at parent club Hull. Michael Bostwick comes back into the reckoning for Stevenage. The midfielder served a one-match suspension as Borough beat Brentford 1-0 on Tuesday night and Bostwick may have his work cut out trying to get back into the team. His enforced absence was one of three changes made by boss Graham Westley at Griffin Park as Lawrie Wilson and Byron Harrison dropped down to the bench. Joel Byrom, Robin Shroot and midweek match-winner Chris Beardsley were the players that came into the starting XI. It was a third straight clean sheet for Stevenage and Westley wants his defence to continue their recent good work at Gigg Lane. He told The Comet: "Our mantra is give nothing away and be progressive off the back of that. We've had a great defence in the Conference and League Two but we've been disappointed with the way we've defended on the whole this season - albeit we're not far away from being one of the better defences. "But it's good to get clean sheets because that's what we're all about."
