Shakers at full strength
Bury manager Alan Knill looks set to be able to choose from a full-strength squad for the home clash with Gillingham.
Striker Andy Bishop has been nursing a dead leg but came off the bench in the closing stages of last weekend's 1-1 draw at Barnet.
He could now earn a starting role as the Shakers seek to record their first home win of the season.
Knill's men have collected just five points from their opening four games and lie seven points adrift of leaders Torquay.
Yet the Gigg Lane boss is not overly-concerned and said: "We are doing okay and it won't be until the first 10 games or so when you will see who is going to be up there."
Andy Barcham will miss Gillingham's trip with an ankle injury.
Barcham was left on crutches after sustaining the knock during the midweek Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Southend, which the Gills lost on penalties following a 0-0 draw.
The former Leyton Orient forward was nursing a calf injury ahead of the tie and is expected to be sidelined for two weeks by this latest setback.
Boss Andy Hessenthaler could also be without the services Cody McDonald.
On-loan Norwich striker McDonald was substituted during the second half at Roots Hall, also due to an ankle problem, and did not train on Thursday
"Cody is struggling a bit," Hessenthaler told Gillingham's official website. "I would say he will travel but at this stage he would only be 50/50."
Lowe seals five-goal thriller
Ryan Lowe's 73rd-minute winner saw Bury claim a thrilling 5-4 victory against Gillingham.
Bury led 2-0 at half-time before a remarkable second half saw seven goals in 26 minutes, with Bury's Andy Bishop and Gillingham's Adebayo Akinfenwa each bagging a brace.
The score was 4-4 heading into the last 20 minutes and Lowe also grabbed a second goal to edge a nine-goal thriller at Gigg Lane.
The hosts dominated the first half and Bishop claimed a 15th-minute opener after a poor back-pass by Josh Gowling, charging down Lance Cronin's kick before bundling the ball in.
Bishop and Lowe both missed great chances before Gowling bundled over Bishop and Lowe side-footed home from the penalty spot.
The visitors made a double substitution at the break and drew level two minutes after the restart as Akinfenwa turned the ball in from a Chris Palmer corner.
Bury restored their two-goal lead as Bishop poked a Lowe cross inside the near post. But two goals in two minutes saw Gills draw level as Akinfenwa headed home from a Palmer corner before laying off for Danny Spiller to hit a 20-yard drive past Cameron Belford.
Efe Sodje then headed home from a Steven Schumacher free-kick before Gills equalised again through a Palmer volley. But Lowe settled an extraordinary contest, curling past Cronin after Gills had halted a Bishop break.
