James missing for Brewers Burton will be without Tony James when Macclesfield visit the Pirelli Stadium. James collected his fifth yellow card of the season during the 2-0 defeat at Aldershot in midweek and the central defender must serve a one-match suspension. His absence could mean a rare start for veteran club captain Darren Moore. Boss Paul Peschisolido could have further problems at the back after Kevin Amankwaah limped off with a hamstring injury on Tuesday night. Andy Corbett, left out of the matchday squad for the first time this season at Aldershot, should be recalled and fill in at right-back if Amankwaah fails to recover in time. John McGrath was a rare omission from the starting XI against the Shots, with teenager Jack Dyer getting the nod in midfield. McGrath joins Corbett and Jacques Maghoma in pushing for a recall while leading scorer Justin Richards could return after missing the last three matches with a back strain. Striker Waide Fairhurst is back in contention for Macclesfield after making good progress in his recovery from an ankle injury. Fairhurst - a summer signing on a free transfer from Doncaster - has not featured for the Silkmen since the loss at Plymouth in September, but the 22-year-old was given a painkilling injection 10 days ago and has played a full part in training this week. Boss Gary Simpson will have his attack further bolstered by George Donnelly, who has returned from Fleetwood for a second loan spell at the Moss Rose. Midfielder Ross Draper returns from a one-match ban following five yellow cards, but forward Ben Tomlinson is still sidelined with heavy bruising to his ankle picked up in the 1-0 win over Crewe. Paul Morgan was named on the bench for last weekend's 2-0 home loss to Southend after recovering from a broken arm and he is once again expected to be in the matchday squad. Goalkeeper Jack Cudworth remains a long-term absentee following ankle surgery.
