Billy wants to be Kee man Billy Kee will hope to keep his place in the Burton team for the home game against Cheltenham on Friday night. Kee turned down a trip to Italy with the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad this week. The striker skippers the team but honoured an agreement he struck with Albion boss Paul Peschisolido in talks leading to his move from Torquay over the summer. "Billy missed a game for us soon after he joined us because Northern Ireland still had a chance to progress through the Euro qualifiers but I had a deal with Billy that he wouldn't play if nothing was at stake, and that was the case as far as the game in Italy was concerned," Peschisolido said. Playing in Italy would have allowed Kee little recovery time. Instead, his availability means Peschisolido has to decide whether to pair top scorer Justin Richards with Kee or Calvin Zola. Kee was preferred against Rotherham last weekend but was replaced by Zola early in the second half. Elsewhere, Cleveland Taylor suffered no ill effects after going straight back into the starting XI at the Don Valley Stadium following a 10-game absence with an ankle injury. However, fellow playmaker Jacques Maghoma remains sidelined by his ankle problem. Cheltenham manager Mark Yates has to choose between in-form goalkeepers Jack Butland and Scott Brown. Butland, whose loan spell from Birmingham was extended until December recently, has returned from England Under-21 duty and is contention to resume his role in between the sticks. But Brown, who lost his place as first-choice keeper to his young colleague earlier this term, has been in fine form for the Robins during Butland's international commitments. Otherwise, Cheltenham are likely to be unchanged from the side which beat Dagenham 2-1 at the Abbey Business Stadium last week, as Yates has no injury or suspension worries ahead of the fixture. That may mean another start for on-loan Everton full-back Luke Garbutt, who impressed against the Daggers on his Football League debut last week.

Brewers beaten at home Burton surrendered their unbeaten home record in npower League Two as Cheltenham swept to a fourth successive victory to underline their promotion credentials with a 2-0 win. Josh Low headed the Robins in front after a goalless first half and James Spencer sealed their win with his fifth of the season. The Robins had the first opportunities to break the stalemate in a flurry of pressure midway through the first half. Defender Steve Elliott had a fierce shot charged to safety and from the corner that followed, Sido Jombati's header was kept out by a reaction save from Ross Atkins. After struggling for form, Burton had an even better chance in the 37th minute when Cleveland Taylor's cross found Justin Richards unmarked but the striker fired into the body of Jack Butland in the Cheltenham goal. The Robins grabbed the lead two minutes after the break as Low charged unmarked onto a Luke Garbutt cross to power a six-yard header into the roof of the net. The visitors doubled their lead in the 65th minute as Kaid Mohamed finished a strong run on he left with a precision cross that was converted by Spencer from close range.
