Adeyemi back for Bantams
Bradford midfielder Tom Adeyemi will return to the squad for the home clash with Gillingham.
Adeyemi, on loan from Norwich, is expected to be back on the bench after missing out last week with a bruised toe.
But the Bantams are still without key trio James Hanson (hamstring), Michael Flynn (hernia) and Simon Ramsden (calf).
Flynn has yet to appear this season following summer surgery while Ramsden sustained his injury in last month's Carling Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
Manager Peter Taylor may recall striker Louis Moult, a summer signing from Stoke, and winger Omar Daley to the starting line-up while midfielder Tommy Doherty is expected to shake off an ankle knock.
The Bantams, who have won one of their six league games this season, will be looking to climb out of the bottom three.
Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler's hopes of naming the same starting XI in successive games for the first time this season may have been scuppered by an injury to Tony Sinclair.
Defender Sinclair replaced Josh Gowling for last week`s 2-0 victory over promotion hopefuls Shrewsbury and Hessenthaler had planned to stick with a winning formula, but Sinclair is now doubtful for the trip to Bradford after sustaining a knock in training.
The 25-year-old will be given as much time as possible to recover but Gowling is ready to return to the side if needed.
Elsewhere, Andy Barcham, Garry Richards and Simon King will be absent but Dennis Oli will be pushing for a place on the bench after impressing for the reserves since his comeback from a hamstring injury.
Bantams leave it late
A stoppage-time goal from defender Steve Williams earned League Two strugglers Bradford City only their second win of the season and ended a run of four matches without a victory as they beat Gillingham 1-0.
The game had moved into the second minute of added time when left-back Luke O'Brien's free-kick was cleared into the path of Tommy Doherty on the right-hand touchline and when the midfield player returned it into the goalmouth, Williams outjumped Gillingham keeper Lance Cronin to head the ball into the net.
Bradford did not have their first effort on target until the 61st minute, but former England and Aston Villa midfield player Lee Hendrie, who has joined the Bantams on a short-term contract, inspired a second-half improvement when he came on as a half-time substitute.
However the Gillingham defence appeared to be coping with everything the home side could throw at them until Williams' dramatic late winner.
After a bright start by Bradford, Gillingham took control of the game up to half-time, but, like the home side, they created few chances and their best effort fell to substitute Stanley Aborah seven minutes from the end, but he headed straight at keeper Jon McLaughlin.
