Daley back for Bantams
Omar Daley will go straight into Bradford's squad for their home clash with Burton after being recalled from his loan spell at Rotherham.
The 29-year-old was involved in a loan swap deal in February with Rotherham's Kevin Ellison, who will remain with Bradford despite Daley's return, and could be handed a start as the Bantams bid to bounce back from successive defeats.
But manager Peter Jackson is waiting on the fitness of three other key players, with striker James Hanson, winger Ellison and defender Steve Williams all doubtful.
Hanson (hamstring) has missed the last two games, Ellison is still struggling with a thigh injury that has kept him out of the last five matches and Williams was ruled out of Friday's defeat at Southend after picking up a knock in training last week.
Midfielder Lee Bullock was forced to fill in as a centre-back on Friday as fellow defenders Simon Ramsden and Shane Duff remain sidelined. Midfielder Tommy Doherty is another long-term absentee.
Striker Sam Winnall will miss out for struggling Burton as he serves the second game of his three-match ban.
The Wolves loanee was dismissed against Bury and missed the Brewers' crucial 2-0 win over Cheltenham.
Richard Walker was handed a start in Winnall's absence but was replaced in the second half by Calvin Zola.
Boss Paul Peschisolido must decide which one to play up front alongside Greg Pearson, who netted a first-half penalty at the weekend.
Defender Nathan Stanton has missed the last four games with a groin injury but he is nearing a return to first-team action.
Albion are three points and one place above the relegation zone but could leap up to 17th with a win against the Bantams.
Bantams battle to peg back Brewers
A tense battle between relegation-threatened Bradford and Burton ended in a 1-1 stalemate in front of a bumper crowd.
Third-from-the-bottom Burton shook Bradford by going in front three minutes before half-time when skipper John McGrath ran on to a right-wing cross from Jimmy Phillips to score with a downward header.
However, Bradford salvaged a point with a goal from substitute Jake Speight 15 minutes from the end.
Burton failed to clear David Syers's throw-in from the right, and when striker James Hanson headed the ball into the goalmouth, the unmarked Speight lashed the ball into the net from just inside the six-yard area.
In a tense finish, Burton almost snatched victory after 83 minutes when Phillips' header was turned onto the crossbar by keeper Lenny Pidgeley, forcing a desperate Bradford defence to block Greg Pearson's shot after he seized on the rebound.
The result leaves Bradford seven points and Burton four points above the safety mark with four matches to play.
