Match Preview

Last-gasp Brazil set for starting reward Berwick Rangers striker Alan Brazil's reward for his last-minute goal against East Stirling at the weekend will be a starting place against Stranraer with Damon Gray likely to make way. Defender Elliot Smith joins strikers Fraser McLaren and Craig O'Reilly on the treatment table. The Borderers boss Jimmy Crease knows what his men need to do to swap places with their visitors in fourth place amd he said: "If we get chances against Stranraer we have to take them in a much better fashion than we did on Saturday. "Stranraer are good going forward so we have to score when we get an opening and I have told the players I want four points from these two games at least." Young Stranraer goalkeeper Ryan Marshall is expected to keep his place between the sticks as regular number one David Mitchell continues to struggle with a groin injury. The Blues will welcome back striker Craig Malcolm to their squad from suspension and manager Keith Knox has asked his players to tighten things up at the back. Knox said: "We got ourselves in front of Arbroath at the weekend but had to settle for a draw as we gave away a cheap goal and that has been the story of our season. "This is a really important game as Berwick are right back in amongst things whilst we have slipped back recently. After five games without a win this would be a great one to get three points in."

Match Report

Agnew snatches point for Stranraer Scott Agnew's 90th-minute strike secured Stranraer a point in a 3-3 draw at play-off chasing Berwick. Stranraer were in front after four minutes, Daniel Mitchell finding Paul Murphy who shot home from 12 yards. But Berwick equalised five minutes later, Chris McLeod powering home a close-range header from David Greenhill's corner before they took the lead in the 40th minute through Darren Gribben's 20-yard strike - his 14th league goal of the season. It was 2-2 at half-time, though, Agnew scoring a penalty in first-half stoppage-time following Jamie Ewart's handball. Damon Gray looked like he had won it for Rangers when he slotted home from Lee Currie's cross 13 minutes from time before Agnew's last-minute 25-yard stunner.
