Currie spices up Berwick squad
Lee Currie goes straight into the Berwick squad for the game against East Stirling after signing until the end of the season following a successful trial.
Manager Jimmy Crease can also welcome Paul Currie and David Greenhill back into his party after bans.
The Wee Rangers will miss John Grant through suspension, while injuries keep out Steve Notman, Fraser McLaren and Ian McAldon. Elliot Smith requires a late fitness test.
Crease said: "If we are to do anything we need to win this game.
"Another three points will see our hopes have a bit of momentum behind them, but we have struggled against East Stirling before and we will again if we let their players pass the ball around us."
East Stirling head coach Jim McInally is sweating on the fitness of an entire defence, with Craig Tully, Alex Walker, Darren Kelly and Dean Richardson all struggling and Stuart Beveridge a doubt.
Whoever plays for the Shire will be told stop feeling sorry for themselves when things go against them, with McInally saying: "We have to learn how to respond to set-backs better.
"Goals change games and that is what happened on Saturday against Montrose as we lost an equaliser and then lost another one as the players were feeling things were against them."
McInally's assistant David Nicholls added: "Berwick are on a bit of a roll just now and we have to be up for the challenge they are going to give us."
