Match Preview
Five missing for Rangers Berwick will be without five players for the visit of Albion. Defender Steve Notman is suspended and injuries keep out Fraser McLaren, Alan Brazil and Craig O'Reilly. Illness is preventing Damon Gray from being involved. Manager Jimmy Crease is looking for an improvement from his side after they went down tamely against league leaders Arbroath at the weekend. He said: "We have to do better in this game as on Saturday we gave away bad goals and posed little threat. "We need to go all out for a win, although it will be difficult as Albion Rovers are coming here on a high after a fine win at the weekend. "We defeated them recently when they had an off-day and they don`t have too many of them." Promotion-chasing Albion are without injured trio Peter Innes, Steven Lawless and Iain Smith for the trip, but Todd Lumsden and Chris Boyle could feature. Rovers boss Paul Martin has asked his players for the same again after they put in a committed performance to win against Montrose at the weekend. Martin said: "We will need the same level of effort and concentration as well as desire to get the three points against Berwick. "They will see this as the perfect game to bounce back in after losing to Arbroath. "They need a win to get back into things for a play-off place and we need a win to put pressure on Paul Sheerin's side for the title."M

Match Report
Ruthless Albion hit Berwick for six Scott Chaplain scored a hat-trick as Albion came from behind to hammer Berwick 6-1. Damon Gray's superb effort from the edge of the box gave the hosts the lead after just eight minutes. But John Gemmell wiped out the deficit with a superb strike on the half-hour mark as Rovers came storming back. Todd Lumsden put the away side ahead when he turned home John Love's cross just before the break. And there was still time in the first half for Chaplain to nod home Steven Canning's free-kick. He headed in his second just after the restart to put Albion in control before Chris Hamilton netted from inside the box. And Chaplain completed the rout late on as the Wee Rovers kept the pressure on leaders Arbroath.
