West Ham have a corner in the dying monets here but the ball in is over hit to the disappointment of the home fans.

Arsenal have managed to force a corner with just five minutes to go - Fabregas to deliver - It's too long and clears the head of everyone.

A hopeful ball from Faubert falls for Collins on the edge of the box but the centre-half cannot control the shot as he sends it wildly over the top.

Fabregas delivers a free-kick towards the near post but Cole rises to clear the danger for the home side.

Upson sends the ball into the box, Cole chests down for the oncoming Bellamy who shapes his body and drives it goalbound but Almunia is there to save.

Bendtner slides the ball to Adebayor who instantly links back up with his partner and again it is returned to Adebayor who shoots, but Green saves, and Adebayor makes a mess of the rebound sending it over the bar.

Arsenal content just to keep the ball in defence now but West Ham will pressure any mistakes they make.

Scott Parker concedes a free-kick as he brings down Fabregas just outside the box - Van Persie will shoot - He bends it round the wall and it thumps back off the up-right. What a strike from the Dutchman.

Van Persie cuts inside and unleashes a ferocious left-footed shot that forces Green into a diving save down to his left and Faubert sweeps up the loose ball to clear.

Adebayor wins a corner off James Collins - Fabregas whips it in but Green is out well to tip the ball away from Adebayor's head.

A great run from Walcott, the cross well blocked by Collins but it breaks for Fabregas who shoots but Lee Bowyer is there to block in the area.

Clichy breaking quickly down the left before finding Walcott, he slips it to Van Persie who twists and turns Ilunga but cannot find an end product as he hits the side netting from a tight angle.

West Ham looking agressive as Mullins crosses from deep, angled towards Cole who rises well to knock down but there is noone on the end of it and Almunia is able to collect.

Craig Bellmay bursting in behind Eboue and looking to square but not getting hold of the cross but it almost fell for Bowyer but a good tackle denied the clear shot at goal.

A long ball in behind West Ham is aimed at Van Persie and as he chests it down, Collins is able to come across and make a vital tackle.

Shouts for handball against Gallas after Cole broke in behind the Arsenal defence and attempts to cross - Gallas blocks but not with the arm, good decision referee.

A deep cross from Clichy is nodded back across the box by Walcott and Bendtner tries the spectacular overhead but gets it all wrong - Arsenal work it wide again and Walcott plays it across the goal and Collins does well to turn it over.

Craig Bellamy sweeps the free-kick in from the right hand side and Cole meets it with his head but the ball is a touch behind him and it goes wide of the post.

William Gallas miscontrols the ball in his own box and gifts a corner to West Ham - Bellamy to deliver - It flies through and hits Upson on the chest and bounces into Almunia's arms.

Nasri forces a corner after some clever passing on the edge of the box - Van Persie's inswinging corner is headed on at the near post by Walcott but it goes over the bar and for a goal-kick.

Ilunga holds off the challenge of Eboue and Fabregas and fires a ball low across the box that Cole attacks but Almunia manages to gather bravely.

Fabregas takes the free-kick from deep but it only finds the head of the defender and the Hammers are able to bring the ball out of defence.

West Ham break with Di Michele who slips the ball to Bellamy who tries to find a return pass but puts too much weight on the pass and the ball runs away from Di Michele.

Walcott wins a free-kick after Ilunga is judged to have fouled the winger on the right hand side - Van Persie will bend the free-kick towards the back-post - He does but Upson rises to head away.

Bendtner steps inside Collins and shoots low across Green but the keeper gets down brilliantly to make another stop and deny the opening goal.

Again Nasri in space on the left, creates a yard to cross towards Bendtner at the front post but the forward can't make contact with the header and it goes wide of Green's goal.

Samir Nasri drives a low cross into the feet of Van Persie who shoots on the turn but scuffs it along the ground and it goes for a goal-kick.

Craig Bellamy picks the ball up on the edge of the box and turns before trying to pick a ball behind Eboue into the run of Bowyer but the full back does well to intercept.

A rapid counter attack from West Ham, Cole lays the ball back to Parker who splits the defence with a wonderful pass into the run of Bellamy who tries to slide it past Almunia but the keeper gets a leg to it and it loops over the bar.

A fabulous move from Arsenal, Fabregas lifts the ball delicately onto the chest of Van Persie who controls for Walcott who controls and tries to poke home but Green is down well to save to his left.

Moments of controversy at Upton Park as a long ball over the top forces Green to the edge of the box to handle the ball but the assistant was not in line and didn't give the decision. Green gets away with that one.

Theo Walcott using a rapid turn of pace as he picks the ball up deep and drives at the West Ham back four before unleashing a shot from inside the box that strikes the bar and goes over the top.

Arsenal have been a little casual in the opening exchanges, Wenger trying to get them to quicken up their passing from the touchline.

Fabregas slides the ball in to Bendtner who turns on the edge of the box and drives low towards the bottom corner but pulls the shot away to the left of the post.

Van Persie concedes possession in his own half and Di Michele unleashes a long range effort that was dipping and swerving and forced a good save from Almunia to tip over the crossbar.

Faubert plays a long diagonal ball aimed into the path of Lee Bowyer breaking from midfield, Silvestre slipped as he tried to clear and almost let Bowyer through but the Frenchmen was able to steady himself and play away the danger.

Van Persie plays Nasri in on the left hand side but the cross doesn't pick out an Arsenal player and Upson is able to clear.

West Ham work the ball forward well to Cole and Bellamy receives the ball and tries to slip it through to Di Michele but the chance is closed out and Almunia gathers the ball.

From the kick-off Arsenal move the ball around the midfield before Walcott uses his pace to create a yard of space to shoot low but Green got down well to save.
