Arbroath are out to defeat local rivals Montrose for the first time in four meetings although they may have to cope without Alan Rattray.
The defender is struggling with a hamstring problem while Jordyn Sheerin and Robbie Ross remain sidelined. Boss Paul Sheerin is planning changes despite the 3-1 success at East Stirling in midweek.
Sheerin said: "David Dimilta was unlucky to miss out in midweek and he has come into my thoughts for this game.
"We have not been able to win against Montrose so far and to do that we need to hit a high level of performance again.
"Nine points in the space of a week would be a great reward for the effort put in by everyone recently."
Montrose could be without seven players as they look to defeat their Angus rivals for the third time this season.
Player-manager Steven Tweed, Terry Masson and Jonathan Crawford are injured, Daryl Nicol is suspended and the Gable Endies will really be up against things if Paul Watson, Hugh Davidson and Gordon Pope fail fitness tests.
Tweed said: "We are definitely thin on the ground for players but we will look to recapture the fine form we showed in the second half at Annan on Tuesday night.
"We battled back to get a point down there and if we maintain that level of performance against Arbroath we will do okay."
