Match Preview
Little gives Shots a big boost Glen Little is set for a comeback when Aldershot host in-form Bury. The former Reading and Burnley man missed the defeat at Crewe last time out with an ankle injury but manager Kevin Dillon has confirmed he will start along with former Northampton midfielder Luke Guttridge. Guttridge missed the Crewe game as his wife was in labour but is back after Dillon criticised his midfield's display at Gresty Road. Midfielder John Halls is available for the final time before he begins a three-match ban after he was sent off in a reserve game last week. Defender Clayton Fortune is out as he recovers from a hip injury sustained in training, but Dillon has no fresh injuries to worry about. He said: "I tend to change the team after a defeat and will do so again. Alan Knill has done well for Bury. He was under a bit of pressure after it didn't happen for them last season but he rectified that in the summer, they have started well and now he has the stability of a new contract. They are a good team, a top-six team - but we tend to do quite well against those teams." Bury manager Alan Knill faces a selection headache in the goalkeeping department for the trip. Regular number one Cameron Belford has been ruled out after suffering a broken cheekbone in the 1-0 win over Southend last weekend which leaves new signing Owain Fon Williams or youngster Richie Branagan fighting for the goalkeeper's jersey. Knill will have to choose either Branagan, who replaced Belford and impressed on his debut, or Fon Williams, who has joined the Shakers on a one-month loan deal from Stockport. Nicky Ajose has extended his loan from Manchester United and will continue his impressive striking partnership with top scorer Ryan Lowe, while fellow striker Andy Bishop does not require an operation but is likely to remain on the sidelines for some time.

Match Report
Jones sinks nine-man Shots Bury winger Michael Jones scored twice as the Shakers came from behind to beat nine-man Aldershot 3-1. After a quiet first 10 minutes, the deadlock was broken after Shots goalkeeper Jamie Young released winger Jermaine McGlashan on the right wing and his cross was turned in by Glenn Little. Referee Dean Whitestone then took centre stage after awarding the Shakers a penalty on 22 minutes for a foul on Nicholas Ajose by centre-back Darren Jones. Jones was given a straight red card but Ryan Lowe's spot-kick was saved by Young. But Bury drew level with a minute left of the first half when Jones' cross turned into a precisely placed lob over the stranded Young. And the visitors made their extra-man advantage count in the second half as Jones grabbed his second with his left foot from the edge of the penalty box on 66 minutes. Things got even worse for the hosts as first Marvin Morgan and then manager Kevin Dillon saw red and Manchester United's Nicky Ajose celebrated extending his loan by wrapping up the points on 77 minutes.
