Match Preview
Worner woe for Shots First-choice goalkeeper Ross Worner has been ruled out of Aldershot's home clash with Morecambe. Worner was forced off at half-time in last Saturday's 4-1 victory over Barnet due to a back injury which has now ruled him out for up to four weeks. Jamie Young took over between the sticks for the second half and will start from the off against the Shrimps as Dean Holdsworth's in-form side aim to stretch their record-breaking run to a sixth successive Football League triumph. Young keeper Jordan Clement will provide back-up on the bench for the encounter. Elsewhere, the Shots have received a boost with the news on-loan midfield duo Darren Murphy and Josh Payne are both fit for selection, presenting Holdsworth with a welcome selection dilemma in the middle of the park. Morecambe boss Jim Bentley has suffered a severe triple injury blow. The Shrimps will be without defender Laurence Wilson and midfielder Andy Fleming for the rest of the season. Wilson is facing four to six weeks in a leg brace before his rehabilitation from a fractured knee cap can begin in earnest, while Fleming is set for a longer lay-off after tearing a knee ligament. Manchester United loanee Sean McGinty made his Morecambe debut in Wilson's absence against Dagenham in midweek and is set to continue, but the 18-year-old will not be joined by centre-back Nick Fenton, who faces around a month on the sidelines with a calf problem. Bentley reacted furiously to Tuesday's 2-1 reverse before praising the contribution of Jack Redshaw as a second-half substitute, and the 21-year-old former Manchester City trainee may be poised to make his full debut in attack.

Match Report
Joy of six for Shots Guy Madjo's solo strike helped Aldershot set a club record of six successive Football League victories as Morecambe were put to the sword at the Recreation Ground. The striker's 26th-minute header, his third goal in two games, was enough for the Shots to leapfrog the Shrimps into 12th place, despite having Troy Brown sent off in the dying minutes. It was Danny Hylton who looked most likely to open the scoring for the home side, firing wide before a long-range effort had Morecambe goalkeeper Barry Roche scrambling to keep it out. But Madjo showed his strike partner how it was done as he nodded home an Aaron Morris cross from the right. Five minutes later Morecambe came close to levelling but Josh Payne cleared Stewart Drummond's strike off the line. After the interval the Shrimps failed to create any clear-cut chances as the game petered out. Aldershot won six straight games for the first time in their history despite having Brown dismissed for a two-footed tackle on Danny Carlton in injury time.
