Two suspended for Albion Albion are without the banned Tony Stevenson and John Gemmell for the visit of an East Fife side that defeated them in the last game the Coatbridge side played on January 24. Full-backs Barry Russell and Jordan Halsman, who missed that game through injury, are both now available - with the Cliftonhill side set to give debuts to new strikers Jack Werndly and Danny McKay. Assistant manager Todd Lumsden said: "We made two errors in the last game and were punished severely so we know that we have to keep concentrating for the entire 90 minutes against East Fife. "We have been on a disappointing run and a draw would bring an end to that, but a win would be great for us and that is our aim." East Fife manager John Robertson is waiting nervously beside his phone, as a flu bag threatens to ruin his plans. Things had been looking good for the Fifers with four players set to return. David Muir, Craig Johnstone and Ryan Wallace are all fit again, while Darren McCormack is free of suspension, but Robertson said: "I cannot think about up my line-up at the moment as every time my phone has gone recently it has been from a player saying they are not feeling great. "Hopefully it will pass as I want a strong line-up to face Albion, who are a particularly good side at home. There is very little between us and we will need to be at our best to take anything."

Jordan's the man for Albion A late Jordan Halsman strike ended Albion's losing streak as his side came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against East Fife. The hosts came into the game without a win in five but had the best opportunity of the first half when Albion debutant Danny McKay drilled a left-footed effort wide from just six yards on the half-hour mark. Paul Martin's side were made to pay in the 57th minute when Ryan Wallace struck a clinical finish past Albion goalkeeper Derek Gaston to give East Fife the lead. Halsman almost levelled the scores with a stunning 69th-minute volley which hit the crossbar before the Motherwell loanee found the top corner with a curling effort seven minutes from time.
