Match Preview
Headache for Howe Manager Eddie Howe is facing a selection dilemma ahead of Bournemouth's clash with MK Dons. Adam Smith is set to return from suspension, but Lee Bradbury deputised to great effect against Brighton last week, while Stephen Purches has impressed for the reserves recently. Harry Arter has continued to train this week after shaking off a hernia problem, but the game will come too soon for him. Danny Ings has extended his loan spell at Dorchester and will miss out, while Tim Stephenson remains sidelined with a knee injury. The Cherries have enjoyed a fine start to life in npower League One, but they will be hoping to end a run of two games without a victory against Karl Robinson's men. MK Dons manager Robinson looks set to pick from the same squad. The Dons breezed past Dagenham 2-0 last weekend and Robinson is likely to keep faith with the same starting XI. Midfielder Stephen Gleeson is in contention for a place in the squad after a recent back problem. He has been out of action since mid-August but came through a reserve fixture in the week and will be hoping to make the matchday squad. Jude Stirling remains a long-term absentee as he battles to recover from a summer groin operation. Victory for Robinson's men will see them climb above the Cherries in the table and with 15 places in League One separated by just four points, the Dons will be keen to register the win to build a promotion challenge.

Match Report
Cherries edge five-goal thriller Three goals in 20 second-half minutes gave Bournemouth to a 3-2 win over 10-man MK Dons. Goals from Danny Hollands, Anton Robinson and Marc Pugh turned the match around after Sean O'Hanlon headed MK Dons in front two minutes before half-time. Peter Leven cut the deficit from the penalty spot 10 minutes from the end but the Cherries held on for the victory. MK Dons had lost their previous four away matches, but produced a disciplined first half performance and took the lead just before the break when O'Hanlon buried a far post header past Shwan Jalal from Leven's corner. Bournemouth threw the talismanic Steve Fletcher into the fray shortly after half-time and he seemed to energise Bournemouth, who promptly scored three times. Hollands deflected Pugh's low free-kick into the corner for the equaliser before the unmarked Robinson made it 2-1 from a corner. Substitute Jabo Ibehre wasted a great chance to equalise before a superb glancing header from Pugh gave Bournemouth breathing space. Leven pulled a goal back when Hollands fouled Mathias Doumbe and Leven tucked away the penalty. The Dons had Angelo Balanta sent off for violent conduct in injury time to make it another miserable outing for Karl Robinson's side.
