Full Time: Bolton 4-0 Wigan. Bolton cruise to victory with goals from Elmander, Davies, Muamba and Taylor against a lacklustre Wigan.
Vladimir Weiss embarrasses Bramble on the left hand side as he steps away from him with great skill and forces the defender to pull him down.
Wigan have another free-kick and the ball in from N'Zogbia this time is a good one and picks out Bramble but he wastes an excellent chance as he heads wide unmarked.
Bolton are trying to entertain the crowd in the dying moments as Elmander flicks the ball into Klasnic with the outside of his boot. Klasnic tries an acrobatic overhead kick but he can't find the target.
Boyce can take heart from getting the best of Robinson for the first time this afternoon and picking out Thomas in the box. Thomas looks to shoot and his effort is deflected behind by O'Brien.
Hendry Thomas enters the action as Rodallega makes way.
The home fans all come to their feet to give their skipper Kevin Davies a standing ovation after a fine performance. Ivan Klasnic comes on to replace him.
Both N'Zogbia and Figueroa have the opportunity to cross from the left but neither can beat the first man. Dave Whelan looks utterly dismayed in the stands.
Diame brings down Muamba rather cynically and Mike Dean shows the midfielder a yellow card.

BOLTON 4-0 WIGAN. It continues to get worse for Wigan and Gary Caldwell. A nothing ball comes into the feet of Caldwell on the edge of his box but he miscontrols it into the path of TAYLOR who curls the ball into the corner with style.
Matt Taylor enters the action at the expense of Jack Wilshere.
Jordi Gomez picks the ball up on the left and looks to cross it into a dangerous position but Knight rises to head the ball away with confidence.
The game has slowed a little and the Wigan players look totally deflated at the minute. Bolton don't score three very often and the home fans are certainly enjoying the occassion.
Cohen trips Caldwell and it earns him a caution.
The second corner in quick succession for Wigan is delivered by N'Zogbia, its partially cleared but only as far as Rodallega who strikes for goal but sends it over.
Caldwell slips and gifts possession to Davies who plays in Elmander. The Swede is through on goal but Kirkland comes off his line and makes a smart stop to deny Bolton a fourth.
Robinson makes an excellent tackle deep in his own half and shows great acceleration as he brings the ball down the left flank before switching the play to Davies but he miscontrols and Wigan have a goal-kick.
Jordi Gomez gets his first touch of the ball and looks to test Jaaskelainen from range but his shot sails into row z.
Scotland is introduced as Scharner makes way.
Martinez makes the changes he was planning to make even before the third. Gomez comes on for Moses.
BOLTON 3-0 WIGAN. Lee pulls the ball back to Fabrice MUAMBA who is arriving on the box and he strokes the ball into the bottom corner with a fine left-footed finish. That surely seals it for Bolton.
Wigan look to respond quickly and Rodallega powers down the line and finds Scharner in the middle but the midfielder's attempt on goal is poor and doesn't trouble Jaaskelainen.
BOLTON 2-0 WIGAN. Kevin DAVIES steps up to take the penalty and smashes it into the corner to double the Bolton lead. It's a long way back for Wigan now.
Tamir Cohen ghosts into the box and steps away from Caldwell who leaves a leg out, catches Cohen who goes over and Mike Dean has no hesitation in pointing to the spot. A nightmare start to the second half for Wigan.
The second half is underway.
Halftime: Bolton 1-0 Wigan. The halftime whistle goes and Bolton go in one ahead at the break thanks to Elmander's early goal. Wigan will feel they can still get something out of this game.
Diame beats three players in midfield with great skill but then misplaces his through ball having done the hard part so well.
An unusual moment as we near half time as N'Zogbia flings an arm out in frustation and inadvertantly catches Wilshere in the face. Wilshere and the home fans are far from pleased but it was an accident.
Wigan look to break and Rodallega sweeps the ball into the path of N'Zogbia and he elects to go alone with Moses in support. N'Zogbia creates half a yard of space and shoots but can only find the arms of Jaaskelainen.
Scharner is the first player to be booked in this game after he reacted rather petulantly to being penalised for the third time today.
Rodallega is clattered into by O'Brien in the Bolton half and wins a free-kick from which Wigan may be able to build an attack. The delivery from the set piece is very poor much to the frustration of Martinez.
Bolton give away possession cheaply in a promising position and Wigan look to break through Moses. The youngster crosses from the left and finds Scharner racing into the box but he heads it straight at Jaaskelainen.
Bolton are taking charge now. Davies is fouled by Scharner and Wilshere will take the free-kick from a dangerous position. The ball is fizzed into the box and Boyce has no choice but to concede a corner.
Robinson has the chance to deliver a free-kick from deep and opts to toss it into the Wigan area. The ball drops for Davies and he shoots instinctively but can only fire over.
N'Zogbia whips a corner in from the right hand side towards the back post and picks out Boyce but the defender heads well over.
Bolton's first attack of not since the goal comes as Davies looks to lead a counter attack. He rolls the ball into Elmander who looks to step away from Bramble but the centre-half shows his strength and holds off the challenge of the Swede.
The Latics have the advantage of pace in attack and it shows once again as a long ball over the top allows Rodallega to take on Knight in a foot race. The striker leaves Knight for dead but the flag is raised to end the move.
The home fans have really responded to taking the lead and the Reebok is rocking at the moment. Wigan are looking to get back on top of the game but the Bolton back four has dealt with a few long balls into the box.
BOLTON 1-0 WIGAN. The home side have taken the lead against the run of play! Davies gets down the right hand side and picks out ELMANDER in the middle who strikes the ball low into the middle of the goal. The pace of the strike beat Kirkland.
N'Zogbia looks to test Jaaskelainen as he cuts onto his left foot and unleashes a shot goalwards from range but Steinsson gets his body in the way to make the block.
Bolton have started slowly and the visitors looks to capitalise as the ball is turned towards the box and Rodallega looks to latch onto it but his first touch lets him down and Jaaskelainen gathers.
Charles N'Zogbia is the dangerman for Wigan and he picks up the ball on the right hand side and looks to work an opening with Boyce but the two get themselves in a bit of a mix up and possession is lost in a promising position.
Mike Dean is today's referee and he gets the game underway. Let's hope we're not left discussing Mr Dean's performance at the end of the match.
Wigan are in a similar predicament to their opponents just four points clear of the drop. Rodallega will lead the line supported by N'Zogbia and Moses from the flanks for Martinez's side with Scharner offering strength in midfield.
Bolton are five points clear of the drop zone but still need to record a few wins to ensure their safety. Owen Coyle starts with Davies and Elmander leading the line with the on loan Jack Wilshere starting from the left.
