Whitlow handed Stags youth role

Mansfield Town have named Mike Whitlow as their new head of youth. The former Leeds, Leicester, Bolton and Notts County defender replaces David Jervis who left the club this month. The 41-year-old worked previously as a coach at Meadow Lane after retiring from playing, before taking up a position at Derby County's academy. Whitlow told BBC Radio Nottingham: "It's exciting, I've wanted to get back into full time youth football for the last six months." .... read more
