Stags takeover edges nearer

James Derry's proposed takeover of Mansfield Town could finally be resolved this week.
Negotiations between Derry's consortium and current Stags owner Keith Haslam are close to a conclusion over six weeks after a deal had been verbally agreed.
Derry told the Mansfield Chad: "I'd hope that negotiations would be concluded this week.
"I've always stressed, and do so again, that this is a complicated deal. There are all sorts of issues to be addressed - such as the Football Foundation grant.
"We just can't rush into things without looking into detail at everything."
