Stags sign Foxes stopper

Mansfield have swooped to sign Leicester City's Irish Under-21 international defender Alan Sheehan on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old left-back, who only signed a two-year contract at the Walkers Stadium in the summer, has failed to force his way into the Foxes first-team and boss Rob Kelly has agreed to let him join the Stags in order to gain some valuable playing experience.
He will almost certainly make his debut against Hereford on Saturday as Gareth Jelleyman is ruled out with a knee injury.
Sheehan said: "I just want to play football and with Mansfield being close and knowing people here it made it an easy decision to come. I just want to get involved and hope I can make a difference.
"I can't really look beyond the month just yet. I just want to get playing and get match fit again as I have not played a game since a reserve match against Mansfield over a month ago."
