Mansfield Town manager Paul Holland has challenged his players to bounce back at the first opportunity after seeing their 77-year Football League stay come to an end.
The Stags' relegation to the Conference was confirmed after fellow strugglers Chester City secured a priceless point with Tuesday's goalless home draw against Stockport County.
"I am totally distraught. I am as upset as anybody," Holland told the club's official website.
"We now have to look at the likes of Carlisle and Doncaster, who have set an example in bouncing back.
"We haven't been good enough over the course of the season.
"We now have to come back from non-league at the first attempt."
