Zoran Tosic tells Manchester United: I'd like to make Koln loan deal a permanent move

Zoran Tosic is ready to turn his back on Manchester United after an impressive loan spell at Cologne. Happy in Germany: Zoran Tosic is happy to quit Manchester United for Koln The 23-year-old Serbia winger has played just five games for United since signing from Partizan Belgrade last year but has shone in the Bundesliga since January with five goals in 12 starts for the German side. His displays have sparked a bidding war in Germany with Bayer Leverkusen, Werder Bremen and Borussia Dortmund reported to be ready to make offers for the player. But Tosic would rather stay at Cologne, insisting: 'I have told my agent that he should only tell me about something when it is finalized. 'I would like to stay at Cologne and clear this up before the World Cup. But we are still waiting on Manchester United and what they want to do with me.' Tosic is contracted to Manchester United until 2012 and manager Sir Alex Ferguson now faces the decision to cut his losses and sell the player or bring him back in the wake of an expected Old Trafford summer clear-out.  Rooney - he teaches parrots to talk, is in awe of Rio and rates Valencia highlyPremier League kit special: The strips your team will be wearing next seasonRio boost for Man United as Ferdinand leads star turn out for Carr testimonialMichael Owen on target but striker's team are still not firing on all cylindersNeville insists Man United must hold their hands up if Chelsea win titleMANCHESTER UNITED FC
