United in for Smalling - report

UNITED have reportedly had a bid accepted for young Fulham defender Chris Smalling. The 20-year-old centre back, and England Under 21 international, has made impressive progess at Craven Cottage. However, Arsenal are also thought to be tracking the player and could also lodge a bid. What do you think? Have your say.
