Manchester United have reiterated their stance that star winger Cristiano Ronaldo is not for sale, following renewed speculation that he wants to leave Old Trafford to join Real Madrid. Ronaldo has promised to make a decision on his future in the next few days, following Portugal's exit from Euro 2008, but United are adamant that their player is going nowhere. A short statement on United's official club website read: "Further to Friday's press speculation about where Cristiano Ronaldo's future lies, the club has moved to reiterate its stance on the matter - United are not listening to offers. "Ronaldo has continually been linked with a move to Spanish side Real Madrid this summer. "But the club reaffirmed on Friday morning that the 23-year-old United star is not for sale." Ronaldo had said following his side's 3-2 defeat by Germany in Basel: "In two or three days time I will announce my future, because the tournament is over for me. "I will speak to Manchester United. I will try to reach an agreement and we will see. "The possibilities of going to Real are big, but it doesn't depend on me and because of that I don't want to talk about it. "Everyone knows what I want, but in the next two or three days you'll have something new."
