Carlos Tevez has revealed that Diego Maradona is modelling the Argentina side on the way Sir Alex Ferguson runs Manchester United. Despite Ferguson's fearsome reputation, Tevez insists that the veteran boss knows exactly how to handle his players. 'There is never any doubt who is in charge,' said Tevez, 'but he is also a gentleman.' 'His greatest quality is that, for him, there are no star players. Everyone is equal, whether they cost many millions or are a young player who hasn't played many times for them.'
