Stoke are a Joke

Stoke have always been a bit of a joke club what with their section of classless fans and mind-numbingly boring style of play, now it seems they like to joke about the price of their players.

After seemingly clearing the way for a big money payday with the sale of goalkeeper Asmir Begovic by bringing in Jack Butland from Birmingham, they now seem to think they can get £15million for him.

Its speculated that United and Manchester City are interested in Begovic with United expected to make a bid of around £9million in the summer.

Now Stoke say that there must another £6million on top of that.

It must be stressed that this story originated in the Daily Mirror so it should not be taken as a certain fact, but if it's true then Stoke must think that everyone is as daft as those lovable rogues that follow them around called the Naughty 40.

What a laugh.
