Silvestre Spotted At Training Ground

Former Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre has been training with the Reds this morning.

The 35-year-old Frenchman left the club in 2008 after spending nine years at Old Trafford.

He is not there to help out with United's defensive problems though, it's just a case of keeping himself fit after being released by Bundesliga club Werder Bremen in the summer.
