Villarreal's former Manchester United striker Giuseppe Rossi has dismissed renewed talk of him making a return to Old Trafford in the near future.
The 22-year-old Italy international has impressed since heading to Spain in the summer of 2007, scoring a goal almost every other game for the Yellow Submarine.
Of a possible return to England, Rossi told the Sunday People: "There is no position between myself and Manchester United. I am with Villarreal and that's it.
"I didn't get a chance to play in England. That was the main reason I wanted to get some experience and that's what I have been doing with Villarreal.
"So far I am very happy with that. I have no plans to move back, but then we have no idea what happens in the future.
"I don't have a point to prove to Sir Alex Ferguson. I just go out and give 100 per cent for my team.
"Moving on is not on my mind at all. I just want to do well and then we will see."
