Rooney set to boost England

Manchester United expect Wayne Rooney to be fit for England's World Cup qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Belarus this month.
The striker is a doubt for Saturday's Premier League trip to Blackburn Rovers after limping out of Tuesday's 3-0 Champions League win over Aalborg BK with an ankle injury.
But despite initial fears that Rooney could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines with ligament damage, United expect him to be back in training in the coming days.
Rooney has been in a rich vein of scoring form of late after netting two goals in his last two games.
However, he is now expected to be fit for England's qualifier against Kazakhstan at Wembley on October 11 and the trip to Belarus four days later.
"Wayne has an ankle injury and is considered doubtful for Saturday's game against Blackburn, but he should recover in time for England's forthcoming matches," a spokesperson told the club's official website.
United are still reeling from Wednesday's news that Paul Scholes will be sidelined for around ten weeks after suffering a knee injury in the same game.
The former England international had to be replaced just 16 minutes into the game in Denmark, with tests showing that Scholes had suffered medial ligament damage in his right knee.
