Rio: United are still hurting

Defender Rio Ferdinand claims Manchester United are still hurting from their 2-1 derby defeat by Manchester City at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Red Devils slipped five points behind leaders Arsenal in the race for the Premier League title after their second derby defeat of the season.
However, Ferdinand believes they have the opportunity to put their season back on track when they take on the Gunners in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
United though must snap a three-game winless sequence against the Gunners if they are to reach the last eight.
The two sides shared the spoils after a 2-2 draw in the league back in November, while Arsenal won both encounters with the Old Trafford club last season.
"We didn't do any of the things that have taken us into a good position in the league and made us a threatening, compact team," he told MUTV.
"It was a very bad weekend. We've all been thinking about the reasons why it happened and how we want to pull ourselves together and get the result out of our minds.
"The best thing you can do is to come into training and just get focused on winning the next game - and that's what we're doing."
