Rio misses training

Rio Ferdinand was unable to take any part in England's first training session ahead of the Euro 2008 qualifiers against Andorra and FYR Macedonia.
The central defender suffered a bruised toe during Manchester United's 2-1 victory at Watford last weekend and has not yet recovered sufficiently to undertake contact work in training.
England head coach Steve McClaren will be keen for Ferdinand to declare himself fit for the matches, as neither Jamie Carragher nor Ledley King were available for selection because of injuries.
Should Ferdinand miss out, McClaren will have to choose between Manchester United's Wes Brown and Tottenham's Michael Dawson to partner captain John Terry in the heart of defence.
