Manchester United midfielder Kieran Richardson has hinted that he could leave the club because of a lack of first-team opportunities at Old Trafford.
The 22-year-old has started only 20 Premiership games in his five years with Sir Alex Ferguson's side and spent the second half of the 2005-05 campaign on loan at West Brom.
He is being linked with several clubs, including Sunderland, and has said for the first time that he could be in his best interests to leave United.
"If you're getting older and not playing on a regular basis, you do have to think about moving on," Richardson told the News of The World.
"I've already said I want to carry on being a United player.
"I don't know about going out on loan because I've done that already."
