Preston boss Darren Ferguson has said Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck is mulling over an invitation to return to Deepdale on loan next season.Welbeck, 19, made eight appearances for North End earlier this season, scoring two goals before returning to Old Trafford with a knee injury.
