Pregnant Coleen set to lay back and think of England so hubby Wayne can play Ukraine

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will be available for England's crunch World Cup qualifier against Ukraine after reports emerged this morning that his expectant wife Coleen is planning a Caesarean birth for their baby so he can play on October 10. It had been feared England boss Fabio Capello would be without the 23-year-old's services for the penultimate Group Six clash in Dnepropetrovsk since the former Everton player did not want to miss the birth of his first born child on the same day.
