Barcelona playmaker Xavi reckons there would have been no room for Cristiano Ronaldo at the Nou Camp. Ronaldo joined Real Madrid for a world record £80million from Manchester United. Xavi believes the European champions have the best player in the world in Lionel Messi and can repeat their La Liga, Spanish Cup and Champions League treble next season. The Spain international said: 'The best player in the world is Messi and there's no chance he will switch allegiance. 'We also have Andres Iniesta, Thierry Henry and Samuel Eto'o. With that kind of luxury we are capable of doing anything. 'As for Ronaldo, I wouldn't want him here. At Barca, we do not have room for players who fill gossip magazines. We are hard workers and sportsmen but he, on the other hand, is uncontrollable. 'We have a lot of desire to continue winning. This group has a strong mentality and why shouldn't we dream about winning the treble again?'
