Man Utd explain Ljajic withdrawal

Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan says the decision not to sign Partizan Belgrade midfielder Adem Ljajic was not down to finance issues.United had an agreement in place with the Serbian club for the 18-year-old to join the Old Trafford club in January.
