Lyon claim that neither Manchester United or Arsenal have made an official approach for Karim Benzema.
The France striker is believed to be interesting both Premier League heavyweights alongside big-spending Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The trio are all expected to table offers for the £30million-rated forward, but Lyon claim that no official bids have yet been received.
"We have not received any official offer for Karim, either from Madrid, Manchester or Arsenal," said club spokesperson Olivier Blanc.
Meanwhile, Blanc has suggested that Real Madrid remain the frontrunners in the pursuit of the 21-year-old striker despite Lyon claiming that they want to keep hold of Benzema for at least one more season.
He added: "We had first contact with Real in the middle of last week.
"Anyway 32million euros is not very realistic. If Madrid really made an offer, it would have been superior."
