Lucas Moura to Man United would solve a problem
One of the problems that PSG are now contending with is not having the money to buy players but the natural wealth for the club to sustain big player purchases and are now subject to limitations to their spending with FFP sanctions.
PSG are looking at ways that they can still use their spending power which includes looking at loan options to defer transfer spending but also they could look at moving players on to increase their budget that is already seriously dented with the purchase of David Luiz for £50million.
Lucas Moura is a player that Manchester Evening News feel could provide United with the player they have attempted to sign in the past but also cut free the funds which are stopping PSG going for a couple of new players and enable that transfer merry-go-round to keep turning.
The 21-year-old versatile attacking midfielder and winger has failed to settle at the Parc des Princes, has no guarantee of first-team football and has a career now stuck in reverse. A move would be good for Moura, good for United and good for PSG.
The young Brazilian joined PSG in 2013 after 74 appearances for Sao Paulo where he played between 2010-2012. Moura has gained 31 senior appearances for Brazil and was including in the Olympic team where he won a silver medal at London. Lucas was handed the No. 7 shirt for PSG after the transfer of Jeremy Menez to AC Milan.
