Krasic eyes England switch

CSKA Moscow's Serbia forward Milos Krasic has welcomed talk of interest in him from a number of English Premier League clubs.

The 23-year-old has been playing his football in Russia for just over four years and says the time might be right to seek out a new challenge, amid talk of interest from Manchester United and Portsmouth.

He told the Serbian newspaper Vecernje Novosti: "I think that the time has come for me to leave CSKA after several seasons which have been a fantastic success.

"The club are aware of my wish to move, although money is not a problem for them.

"Anyway I have personal ambitions and my wish is to play in England, I know that they (English clubs) have been following me for a while.

"I am waiting until the end of the Russian season in November, when I hope to win a Champions League place with CSKA and after that we will have discussions.

"I know that offers will be arriving next month."
