Roy Keane was today absorbing a blistering attack from Tony Cascarino, who vowed to 'go the distance' in his feud with the new Ipswich Town boss. At his unveiling in Suffolk yesterday, Keane criticised his former Republic of Ireland team-mate for his outspoken opinions. Cascarino questioned Keane's future as a manager after his controversial exit from Sunderland in December.
