Juventus director Roberto Bettega says there is no chance of goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon leaving the club in the summer.
Both Manchester City and Manchester United have been linked with the 32-year-old Italy international who is widely regarded as being one of the world's best goalkeepers of the last decade.
However, Bettega told Juve's official website: "The team will certainly not let itself be distracted by these things.
"With regards to what was written about a supposed transfer of Buffon, I would like to reassure the fans. Gigi is untouchable, he will stay at Juventus."
Buffon has spent the last nine years with the club following his 2001 transfer from Parma and refused to leave even when they were relegated to Serie B following a match-fixing scandal.
He has made more than 250 appearances for the club and is under contract until the end of the 2012-13 campaign.
