Ferguson hails Giggs landmark

Manchester United veteran Ryan Giggs again took centre stage as he netted his 150th goal for the club in their 2-1 Champions League victory at home to Wolfsburg.

The 35-year-old Welshman scored the equaliser as United came from behind to edge out the German champions, leaving boss Sir Alex Ferguson to heap praise of one of the club's all-time greats.

He said: "All Ryan is doing at the moment is continuing to play.

"The amazing thing is he shows this incredible youthfulness about his performance. It is as if he has just started his career.

"You can give him as many as you like, he doesn't get affected by it, which is good.

"What more can you say? He is continuing like a young man and he is enjoying his football, which is wonderful to see."
