Sir Alex Ferguson was happy with his Manchester United side's performance in their 0-0 draw away to Internazionale in the first leg of their Champions League knockout round tie.
The reigning European champions wasted several chances to secure a valuable away goal in the San Siro, but Ferguson was not too concerned by the final outcome.
He said: "I am disappointed we have not won the game, but it is only half-time, we still have another match to play at Old Trafford where we have a great record.
"I realise the tie is not finished, but we have given ourselves a great chance.
"We are only halfway there. Two years ago we were swamped by AC Milan here in the semi-finals, but we proved we have improved a lot since then. We showed great maturity.
"I'm very happy with the level of maturity of my team, but we will still need concentration and focus at Old Trafford in two weeks' time.
"There is always the possibility of conceding a goal at home and Inter will be more defensive than compared to tonight.
"We always look to attack and we will do it again in the return."
