Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has been forced to drop out of Northern Ireland's friendly international against Albania in Tirana on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old injured his knee during United's Carling Cup Final victory against Aston Villa at Wembley on Sunday.
He travelled to Tirana but now joins Damien Johnson, Chris Brunt and Gareth McAuley on Nigel Worthington's injury list while Warren Feeney is unavailable.
Worthington now only has four defenders from his original squad - Stephen Craigan, George McCartney, Ryan McGivern and Andrew Little - to choose from.
The Northern Ireland boss said in the build-up to the match: "Albania are 91st and we're 40th in the rankings. You look at that and think it's going to be easy.
"But I've watched DVDs of Albania and they've had very good results against better opposition than us, who are higher in the world rankings.
"We're going to go there and hopefully perform as we did in the Czech Republic and Poland and come away with a good result."
