Former Bayern Munich midfielder Stefan Effenberg has attacked David Beckham for his 'underhand' way of playing. One-time Germany international Effenberg claimed the ex-England skipper was not as fair on the field as his former Manchester United team-mate Roy Keane. Beckham and Effenberg locked horns in the Champions League final in 1999 - a game Keane missed through suspension - when United netted twice at the death to defeat Bayern. Talking in the Bild newspaper, Effenberg was asked about his duels with the former England captain. 'Yes, there were duels,' said Effenberg. 'Also with Roy Keane.
