Carrick out of England squad

Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick will miss England's friendly against the Czech Republic on Wednesday with an ankle injury.
Carrick had been named in coach Fabio Capello's 23-man squad for the Wembley friendly but picked up the problem during United's Premier League opening 1-1 draw with Newcastle United on Sunday.
The 27-year-old was substituted midway through the first half at Old Trafford and afterwards Ferguson confirmed the blow.
Referring to his side's failure to find top gear against the Magpies, he said: "Our attacking play in the first half was good.
"But as soon as we lost Ryan Giggs to a hamstring injury and Michael Carrick with an ankle - which is swollen up badly and he'll be out for two to three weeks - we lost a bit of our experience in midfield."
Capello has already lost West Ham United striker Dean Ashton from his plans with a leg problem picked up after scoring two goals on Saturday.
