Berbatov set to return for Man United in Champions League clash with Besiktas

Record signing Dimitar Berbatov could be in line to make his Manchester United comeback in tomorrow's Champions League encounter with Besiktas at Old Trafford.
The Bulgarian missed matches either side of the international break with a knee injury and Sir Alex Ferguson stated on Saturday his £30.75million forward would miss tomorrow evening as well when United look for the victory which would almost certainly confirm top spot in Group B.
However, Berbatov was able to train with his team-mates today and Ferguson may consider letting the former Tottenham man loose on Besiktas, who are currently without a win.

That could mean a rare start for the likes of Darron Gibson andGabriel Obertan as Ferguson looks to bring some freshness into hisstarting line-up.

The main chance however will be in goal. It was not expectedEdwin van der Sar would face the Turkish champions even before hesuffered a bang on the knee in Saturday's win over Everton.
The veteran Dutchman missed Tuesday morning's training session,which leaves Ferguson to decide between Tomasz Kuszczak and Ben Foster,who last week expressed his frustration on apparently only being thirdchoice with the Red Devils while playing in England's last twointernationals.
