Crewe Alexandra's reward for knocking out last season's beaten finalists Wigan Athletic in the Carling Cup is a home tie with holders Manchester United in the third round.
The Railwaymen saw off the Latics 2-0 at Gresty Road in midweek and will be delighted with a plum tie against the Red Devils.
There are three all-Premiership ties, with Newcastle United hosting Portsmouth, Reading travelling to Anfield to take on Liverpool and Blackburn Rovers meeting Chelsea at Ewood Park.
